and cantaloupe melons with juicy seedless grapes in season. Very cool.
Roman Holiday - Hail Caesar’s salad with Romaine
lettuce, real shredded Parmesan cheese, crispy croutons and special dressing.
Sunrise Citrus - Grapefruit and orange sections tossed
with our favorite tropical fruits.
Killer Pasta - Its a hit! Cheese stuffed tortellini
and whole wheat pasta mixed with onions, black olives, fresh tomatoes, grated
Parmesan cheese and Italian dressing. Great for vegetarians!
Chunky Chicken Salad - We didn’t invent the
chicken but we invented the best chicken salad. Chicken salad with apples,
grapes and nuts. We serve you a big scoop with crackers or pile it high

Tuna Piano Fish Salad - Water packed albacore tuna
is dolphin friendly and not too fishy - Try it as part of a salad trio or

and creamed cheese on toast. We now heat the turkey for an even more scandalous

Chicken Salad Sandwich - our soon to be famous chicken
salad piled high on thick toast.
Heavy Duty Ham and Cheese - A quarter pound of hot
sliced ham and cheddar cheese on Texas Toast. Yeee-haw.
Totally Awesome Tuna Salad Sandwich- Made similar
to our soon to be famous chicken salad - Remember you can tune a piano but
you can’t tuna fish
The Bistro Club Sandwich - Ham, turkey, the cheese
of the day, and bacon- the toast of the town (unless you prefer them on
soft wheat bread)

The Bistro Steakburger- A quarter pound of ground

The Roast Beef-stro - Anyone else calls it a roast
beef sandwich, but we ain’t right. We put ¼ lb. of beef in
each special bun with au jus (French for beef juice to dip or sip).
